About This Home
THIS IS A SHORT TERM RENTAL FROM MAY- SEPTEMBER. Daily (minimum of 3) and weekly rates beginning May 20, 2025. This is my personal vacation home, therefore the property is furnished. King, queen and twin size bed in the bedrooms, stocked kitchen with plates, cups, pots/pans, silverware etc. Bathroom towels and bed linends NOT provided for long term tenants (off season) 5 blocks from Newman St. Patio table and chairs on the new concrete patio, fenced backyard. Dogs allowed (max of 2) with a one time non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog. I will upload more photos shortly. Stays over 30 days have a mandatory scheduled cleaning every 3 weeks. Booking is done through VRBO or Furnished Finder (mid term)
