The home is in a peaceful neighborhood with working families, so noise levels should be kept low, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A maximum of 4 cars can be parked in the driveway, and 1 garage is available for a vehicle or motorcycles. Trailers are not allowed for overnight parking, and parking is not allowed on the street. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. If smoking is detected, a $750 cleaning fee will apply. Trash pick-up is on Tuesday and Friday, and recycling pick-up is on Thursday only. Furniture can be rearranged inside the house, but should be returned to its original spot before check-out. Violations of these guidelines may result in the termination of your reservation, with all payments forfeited.
