Be prepared to attach last pay stub showing year to date or 2 years tax return (please only attach the page showing gross and not your whole return) and 6 months bank statements (this is if you do not have a pay stub). Qualifications are: Tenants must prove they make 3xs monthly rent rate in gross income (this can be combined with an additional applicant) No felonies (less than 7 years) No open bankruptcies No prior evictions (less than 7 years) PET OWNERS PLEASE NOTE: Not all of our homes are pet-friendly please check with the property manager if the home you are applying for is pet-friendly before applying as application fees are NON-refundable. We work on a first come first serve basis. ALL applications must be completed and approved be fore we will take a holding fee for the property.
