Security Deposit due to Cornerstone Realty within 48 hours of verbal commitment and application approval. The Lease start date must be within 10 days after approval (certain exceptions may apply). Please ask about your dog's breed upfront, prior to filling out an application, as once we screen your application, the $50 application fee will NOT be refunded. We do charge a $500 non-refundable pet fee. We require the tenant to carry $100,000 in Liability Insurance.
