We are 5 minutes from the central Houghton / Hancock lift bridge but yet still in the country on quiet roads with minimal traffic that make great walking and running roads. We are about 18 minutes from MTU by the time you find a parking spot, 3 minutes from Family Dollar and Pat's IGA, 5 minutes from Portage Health Systems, 15 minutes to Calumet, 5 minutes from Findlandia U. and the Houghton International Air Port is less than 5 minutes.
