This contemporary 2000 square foot home in Nashville’s trendy Wedgewood-Houston area is thoughtfully decorated and set up with all the amenities you would find in a hotel, including a super fun brand new game room. Although breakfast is not served, there is complimentary coffee, tea, and light snacks. The home features a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishware, and some spices, a drip coffee maker with beans and a grinder, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Parking is available for two cars only in front of the garage doors marked “F”. Please respect the neighbors and do not park in front of their garages. Dogs are welcome with specific rules: up to two dogs under 50lbs are allowed, they must be leashed when outside, and guests must pick up after them using the provided dog bag station. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and should be crated if left alone inside. Wedgewood-Houston is one of Nashville’s fastest developing neighborhoods and home to Geodis Stadium. It's an eclectic area filled with a mix of vintage cottages and new homes and home to some of Nashville’s best restaurants, coffee shops, distilleries, and art galleries. Uber and Lyft are great to use in Nashville, typically costing $10 or less to get around. If you decide to rent a car, the driveway can only park two cars. The home is 8.3 miles from BNA Airport, 2.8 miles from Downtown Broadway, and close to other major attractions. No decorations may be adhered to the walls, fixtures, or furniture, and failure to follow this will result in a fine. No smoking is allowed inside the property, and if smoking outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed. Absolutely no major parties are allowed, and small celebrations must be notified when booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The home is equipped with Ring cameras at the exterior entrances and a NoiseAware noise level indicator inside. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-arranged, and any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. An additional $10 per night per additional guest up to 12 guests maximum. Please ensure all doors are shut and locked when not in use and do not leave valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street.
