Soak up the sun on the furnished outdoor patio with loungers and shade for sunny days or starry nights, and enjoy al fresco feasts with the BBQ grill. Access to the resort pool and outdoor hot tub is also available. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry washer and dryer, smart TV, high-speed internet, a modern dining area for shared meals, a private outdoor balcony with seating, and an inviting lounge area for relaxation after a day out. Free street parking is available. Please avoid parking on the grass, blocking sidewalks, fire hydrants, signs, or neighbors' driveways to prevent any towing. We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance. We're happy to deliver a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for 40.00 USD and a highchair for 40.00 USD, both as a one-time fee. You can walk to the grocery store, the Orange County Convention Center, and Universal's Epic Universe Theme Park, set to open in 2025! Vista Cay Resort offers a variety of amenities that cater to both business and leisure travelers, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and convenience. Whether you're looking to unwind by the pool or stay active, there's something for everyone. Nearby family attractions and destinations include the Orange County Convention Center, Universal's Epic Universe Theme Park, ICON Park, SeaWorld Orlando, Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios Florida, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, EPCOT, Magic Kingdom Park, and Orlando International Airport. Guests will need access cards to use the clubhouse amenities, including the pool and hot tub. These access cards can be picked up at the clubhouse between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and are provided at no cost. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Please check-out on time as late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Please clean up after yourselves as large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool.
