It has both front and back access. This is a NON-smoking apartment. All electric (power and hot water). Electricity, water and sewer bills paid by the tenant. Lawn Care and trash service provided. There are washer/dryer hookups in the apartment. Rent is based on single or double occupancy with an increase of $150 for a third party. Minimum one year rental history and one year work history. Application on request from owner. Cats and small dogs (25 lbs. or less) require a $425.00 non-refundable fee and a $25 increase in rent per pet per month (2 pet limit). Large dogs (25-60 lbs.) are accepted with the same fee, but a $50 increase in rent per pet per month. Contract runs through July 31, 2025 and is renewable annually. If life throws you a curve ball and you need to end the lease on any other date, there is a $425 fee (1/2 month rent), and pro-rated rent is due until re-rented.
