Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home. Check-out on time is required to avoid additional fees. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion. The large indoor dining table is perfect for shared meals or laptop-friendly work time, and the fast Wi-Fi ensures a smooth remote work experience. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages.
