Designed for home chefs and food lovers, the fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator and freezer with an ice machine and filtered water dispenser, a double oven and 2-burner stove, a microwave, a toaster, a rice cooker, a blender, a crockpot, and a tea and coffee station featuring a Keurig machine with complimentary coffee pods, teas, sugar, and creamer. The cozy living room features a 40-inch Smart TV with Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ (subscription not included), a DVD player with a collection of classic and family-friendly movies, and a gas-burning fireplace for cozy evenings by the fire. Parking is available for a total of 6 cars, including a 2-car garage with an EV charger (please bring your own charging cables). Street parking is not permitted. Pet-friendly accommodations are available, welcoming dogs only for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if any waste beyond hair is found. Additional pet fees will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. Nestled in the heart of Frisco, NC, Pescadora is close to local shops and dining, offering some of the best seafood in the Outer Banks. Pristine Outer Banks beaches are just a short drive away, and the area is perfect for fishing, boating, and water activities, with the nearest public boat ramp, Riley's Cove Boat Ramp, located just 1.9 miles from the home. Explore historical sites and scenic trails nearby, such as the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and nature trails. Guests will enjoy full access to the entire property during their stay, with a secure door code provided for a seamless check-in experience. Firewood is not supplied for the wood-burning fireplace in the enclosed patio. To keep midges out, it is recommended to keep doors closed as much as possible and turn off outdoor lights at night. If a snake is spotted on the property, contact us immediately for removal. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home to prevent neighbor complaints. The master suite offers a private workspace with a corner desk and a comfortable chair, perfect for remote work, journaling, or planning your next adventure. A laptop computer is not included.
