The 928 sqft basement apartment features a sunny living room and eat-in kitchen with granite counters, two large bedrooms with ample closet space and a shared hallway bath with a tub/shower combo. A hallway closet houses a stack washer and dryer. A single off-street parking spot is available, as well as on-street parking. Rent includes: lawn care. Water/sewer is split with the A unit tenant(s) and is billed based upon occupancy by the owner. Please note that the occupancy of the basement apartment is limited to no more than two unrelated individuals. No undergrads. A lease commitment through Summer 2025 is required. One dog (40lbs max) is allowed with a non-refundable $250 pet fee, plus a monthly $25 pet rent. Some breed restrictions apply.
