Pets are considered at select homes and townhomes only. Pets are not permitted at apartments. There is a pet application process through Pet Screener to determine the non-refundable pet fee due at move in and monthly pet rent, per pet. The minimum non-refundable pet fee is $250 and minimum monthly pet rent is $30 per pet, per month. The Pet Screener process is also used for assistance animal applications.
