Been here nearly a year and while the buildings are on the older side and there are nonsense fees ("pest control"), it's been an overall positive experience. It is a well-managed and a caring-enough place, in a great location.

Decent, I think the price should be lower but other than that decent. Lived here for almost a year so far. Love Ahmed he is amazing and gets the job done. Definitely made my apartment livable after the issues with moving in

Communication and availability of the office staff needs to improve. The response from the maintenance staff has improved however, and that’s a huge plus.

Best location, very close to Sam’club , target and others store. We have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it feel like you own a house even those you live in the apartment. Very quiet neighborhood and safely.

I moved in here in August and I love being here. The only downfall that I have is when I took sick the steps are really hard for me, but everything else is nice. The schools are nice that my kids go to the staff is Very nice. They also have events here that are nice for the family.

Quiet just wish there was swings at the park and a bigger play area but the apts are kept up and the staff is nice and they help out and get stuff fixed in a timely manner

I enjoy it here, The staff has always been amazing, the neighborhood is pretty quit and I’ve never had or have I seen any issues, just wish there was a gym here, or maybe some new kitchen appliances.

Can’t get through to a representative when I call the office, the AI assistant, “Gina” picks up. I’ve been waiting for action on my work ticket for over a week. Was very hopeful for this location, as the rent is reasonable for a two bedroom. Should have known there’s be a weird catch.

Decent place to live.. neighbors are friendly, good area to be in but maintenance is not the best. I put the same request in multiple times and every guy told me something different or they said they would do something and never came around to do so.

Overall a positive experience. Sure, the buildings are a lil old and a bit dirty and have some issues, but the maintenance staff does their best to attend to the building's needs. Would recommend living here.

Excellent service, peaceful community, good location and good security. The location is in the center of all major groceries and stores. 10 minutes drive to the city center.

I love it here it amazingg the maintenance men are always on time. The grass be cut and outside areas. Well-maintained in the pool is always so much fun.

Grateful for the service staff -- they work hard! It isn't easy to maintain buildings from the 1970's, and while there is always more than can be done, my experience has been respectable. Other issues, such as a wholly needless monthly charge for pest control that doesn't do much of anything to control pests, should be removed from being a mandatory fee, which is one of many reasons the tenants have formed a union to demand various community improvements.

The move in was smooth, and besides kids being kids it's all in all quite and I have no issues. The only issue I have is the many hidden fees that goes into the rent monthly.

Pretty nice. There were some screws and debris on the floor and a gooey substance on the door jams. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but the price is decent so it will do just fine.

Upon moving in, I had many issues. First, the toilet did not flush well if you flush anything that is not entirely liquid; I had to have maintenance over to work on my toilet at least 3x in the first month, and it still does not flush properly (through no fault of maintenance, but because the pipes here are bad). Second, my washer broke on the second day, it needed replaced and this took a week, leaving my laundry stuck inside the washer in water the entire time. Add on top of that the dryer barely works but I don’t want to deal with them again. Third, there has been a roach problem since I’ve moved in. I’ve had pest control come 4x and I have my own traps and it is still an issue. The leasing office acknowledged it could be due to neighboring units but has done nothing to rectify the issue. Fourth, no one at the leasing office ever answers the phone, calls back, or responds to emails. TL;DR do not rent from here. Too many issues, too many units for them to keep up with. Stay away!

It’s quiet and clean so far. Limited parking spots would be better if parking spots were assigned. Don’t like the way the over range microwave was put in could’ve been completed better. Leasing office staff seems to need a vacation from here maybe some classes on better customer service but overall I give 5 stars because my neighbors aren’t loud..

Absolutely love the space inside my unit, don’t like that everything is slowly breaking down/apart since I moved in. I have one ceiling fan that the chain to cut it on is outside of the globe. I can’t control the lights on the outside being on or off. The noise from my upstairs neighbors sound like they are in the same room with me. The floors have obvious holes but was told the building is settled.

I love it here but in my experience I get a range of responses from the office staff when I submit requests. Foremost, I would like to meet and talk to the actual current property manager (Emily), but every time I have gone to the office to do so I have been directed away from that request and I have not been allowed to meet with her. I appreciate the changes that have taken place over the last few years, such as more consistency (although often delayed) service requests, an upgraded pool (though I do not use it - I know it makes other people happy), and some sense of the idea that parking issues are being addressed. Also, I am glad that the trash problems near my units dumpsters has been somewhat less offensive over the last 6 months, though there are still very - very frequently large furniture items and occasional (weekly to bi-weekly) trash bag overflow onto the ground. I am very happy here overall, but you asked for my experience and a healthy 4 out of 5 is where I´m at and happy.

Hate management , they don’t explain rent bill , repair came when they want no call or letter in the door day before, no camera in the parking lot

The unit is old and a bit damaged. Coil electric stove is disappointing. BUT, management has been responsive and more caring (so far) than other landlords. So, not perfect by any means, but so far, this place is above average for the rent.

Nice environment, Kid friendly, Bus route convenient. My children have fun at the park as well as the community pool. Only concern is dogs in areas are seen being walked without a leash.

My biggest issue with living in this community is Parking, incomplete maintenance orders , neighbors not picking up after their dogs . I was told that they were getting the parking issues under control upon signing my lease but everything seems to be the same since my move in date which was back in FEB.
