For rent is a one bedroom, one bath apartment. The $600.00 monthly rent includes all utilities and garbage pickup. It does not include any cable TV/Internet hookup, which the renter must pay for. The square footage listed is a best guess. I didn't actually measure every room. This is not a large apartment. It is best suited for not more than two tenants. It is bi-level, where the bedroom is down a spiral staircase. Coordination and ability to climb the stairway to the bedroom is a requirement. The area near the staircase presents a fall hazard for small children; therefore, this apartment isn't well suited for small children. There is only one closet in the apartment and it isn't large. In the bedroom there is a walk-in closet of sorts behind/underneath the staircase with a curtain (not shown in the photos) that hides the contents of the area. The apartment is one of four in a four-unit apartment building. A $600.00 security deposit is required to move in. There is a no-pet policy. The carpet is fairly light, so shoe removal upon entry is highly recommended. The entire building is a no-pet building, so no pets are allowed. If you have interest in the apartment, you should be able to answer yes to the following questions. If asked, could you supply at least one (two preferred) rental references? Do you have enough income to come up with the security deposit (600.00) and rent (600.00) and continue to pay the rent monthly? We will ask about your source of income.
