Close to the AFB Base. With less then a mile from I-67, you will have quick access to Sherwood, North Little rock and downtown Little Rock. To the north, you are just a few miles to Cabot. You can get to Conway 30 minutes to the west or Searcy 30 minutes to the north. This home is in a friendly neighborhood surrounded by like single family homes. Dogs welcome, maximum of three, no other pets will be accepted, to include cats.! Month-To-Month Available. and demand. Application Fee: $65.00 per adult over 18 years old. Income must be 2.5 times the monthly rent. Minimum credit score of 680 is required. Exceptions may be granted if the home is a corporate lease, as a third party payer for the tenants or occupants. Security Deposit and other applicable fees, to include dogs, will apply based on trip length. Any stays under 30 days a 13.5% occupancy tax will apply. Nightly and weekly stays may be available based on a 5 day minimum. Call for availability.
