This top location is in Vilano Beach and is only a short 5-10 minute drive into the St. Augustine city center with its abundance of restaurants, bars and boutique shopping. St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city and also holds the distinction of being one of the nation’s most charming. Experience old-world charm, flavorful dining, art and culture, and an abundance of entertainment during the day and after dark. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for all ages, an ideal locale for family fun and adventure. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the back of the home, and an attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No pets are allowed. No exceptions. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, including marijuana. No underage drinking is allowed. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. You are required to follow the house rules during your stay or risk being removed from the property.
