The living area features a large couch for everyone to cozy up together and watch their favorite show. The bedrooms include a master with a luxurious king bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom, two guest bedrooms with queen beds, and a fun kids' room with built-in bunk beds and a twin trundle, including an en-suite bathroom. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the back, and tampering with it may result in the reservation being canceled. No pets are allowed, and no smoking or vaping is permitted on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Late check-outs and early check-ins are not permitted without prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour.
