These apartments and the building itself are in good shape and the tenants are quiet and respectful of each other. The Building is located just down the road from Sussex Country Community College and within one mile of major retailers, restaurants and major grocery stores (e.g., Home Depot, Kohl's, Marshall's, Shop Rite, Weis, Walmart, Walgreen's, etc.).
