No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed; any guest or group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining night(s), and will be charged a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM; any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed; smoking includes but is not limited to cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use; outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows and doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors; a $500 fine will be assessed for any violation. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video; no unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts or apparatus is allowed, and will result in a $1000 fine. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later and check out is at 11 AM. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. A rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Please check your messages after booking to receive all necessary forms and arrival instructions. Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security.
