House of two professionals seeking one more housemate in 3-bedroom Germantown townhouse. The rooms will be available on 10/1/25 and is unfurnished. The house is in Waters Landing - one minute from 270, two minutes from shopping, restaurants, gyms, movie theater, bars, etc. and 10 minutes from the Shady Grove metro station (red line). Just steps away from a tranquil park with basketball and tennis courts, a soccer field and more. The available bedroom is decent sized (big enough for a queen bed plus some other furniture) with a closet and a big window, providing lots of natural light. The new housemate would share a full bath (with tub and shower) with one male housemate. All three housemates share the common areas - kitchen, living room, laundry room, etc. Parking is free on the lot right out front, and it’s easy to come by. Seeking another professional who is clean and easy to get along with. A good fit would be someone who likes to relax during the weeknights, maybe share a pizza and watch a game. There is currently one cat that lives on the top floor of the house, and does not have access to the common areas. No additional pets are permitted. Monthly rent is $850. All utilities are split evenly among the three housemates (water, electric, Wifi). Newer paint, floors and blinds - fresh and ready for you to move in! The room requires a security deposit of one month's rent, background check and 12-month lease.
