Featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table with space for 4, the kitchen is perfect for culinary endeavors. The living room, with its large floor-to-ceiling windows, allows natural light to flood the space and includes a smart TV and high-speed internet service. The dining table doubles as a laptop-friendly workstation, and in-suite laundry machines and convenient onsite parking add to the condo's appeal. Parking is available on-site with private parking between the two towers for $15 with in and out access and public parking for $34 with in and out access. Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass. At Station Park, you benefit from an ever-evolving downtown of incredible local eateries, shops, businesses, and activities to explore. Though set to be a destination within the community itself, Station Park is conveniently located in the hub of Downtown Kitchener’s artistic and cultural core. An epicenter of talent and diversity, the city boasts events and festivals throughout the year, along with its many permanent museums and galleries featuring local artists. With 92 retail shops, 57 restaurants, and 16 entertainment venues within a five-minute drive, you'll be out exploring the neighborhood in no time. The building is situated in the heart of downtown Kitchener, providing easy access to a range of amenities and services, including restaurants, cafes, shops, and entertainment venues. It is also within walking distance of several major public transportation hubs, making it easy to get around the city. Parties, events, smoking, and vaping are not permitted on or around the property and will result in a $150 fine. Noise monitoring devices are installed in the units to ensure guests are considerate of neighbors, with a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive activities. Construction is ongoing in the new development, with work occurring during the day, though disruption should be minimal. Check-out on time to avoid a $150 fine for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted, and any evidence of pets will result in a fine. The swim spa and hydro plunge pool are currently unavailable for use.
