Situated on the second floor of the owner's waterfront home, the apartment consists of two sunny bedrooms, a full bath with shower and an open plan living room with dining area and well-appointed kitchen. Decorated with flair and style! Short walk to Niles Beach. On street parking in front of house or in the public lot half a block from the house. Plenty of public landings and parks nearby to put in a kayak. Niles Beach is just around the bend. Water access is not available from house for guests.
