Wonderful bright downstairs apartment located in a 6-unit building across from the beach in the Belmont Shore neighborhood. There is a small eating area off of the kitchen - a small table and 3-4 chairs or a couple benches would fit perfectly. Unit has granite counter tops, lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. Lots of windows! A fridge can be provided for $30/month. The bedrooms has a massive 12-foot long closet from floor to ceiling... and there's even more linen storage space in the hallway! Garage available for rent for an additional 150/month. Centrally located... across the street from the beach in Belmont Shore, close to Cal State Long Beach, downtown, The Pike, the Aquarium, shopping, restaurants, theaters, and much more! Cats and small dogs allowed with $250 pet deposit. Only outdoor smoking is permitted.
