About This Property
The Players Club was originally a private tennis center built on the mountain off of Hillcrest Drive, off of Greenbrier Street, north of Charleston. The tennis club closed and was purchased by the Catholic Church as their high school athletic center. Immediately adjacent to this athletic center are 12 extremely well-built condominiums which contain anywhere from 1200 to 1800 ft.² They are in two buildings, one a two-story building, and the other, a one-story building. This condo is on the second floor on the front of the two-story building and there are only three other units on the floor. It is extremely quiet and well-managed, and spacious. The only downside to the condo is that it is a second story walk-up; there is no elevator. It has a fully furnished kitchen and some furniture. It is available immediately on a one-year lease, month to month thereafter. All 12 of these units are occupied except for this one. It awaits an occupant. The furniture can be removed if desired. Very convenient - just 10 minutes to downtown.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
