Last months rent is required if the term is 3 months or less. $2750 per month including all utilities and internet, plus $3000 security deposit. Winter Rental 2023-24 season October 1, 2023 thru June 1, 2024. This property is rented for the 24-25 season. $40 non refundable application fee for background/credit check.
