About This Property
Great location, close to Dublin Park, Hwy I-565, shopping centers, and more!! Beautiful 3 bedroom / 1 and 3/4 of a bathroom. 2 car garage, and fenced backyard. Madison city school zoned. Pets allowed (Pet Deposit $300/pet **NON Refundable** ). No Smoking policy. Utilities are NOT included in rent and are tenants' responsibility to set up and pay (electric, water) The Gross Monthly household income must be at least 3.5 times the monthly rental amount. We require credit, background check, and rental history, and must be able to verify income. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Security deposit and first month's rent must be paid in certified funds (cashier's check or money order) We are unable to rent to anyone in active bankruptcy. If the applicant has been in bankruptcy in the previous 5 years, and the bankruptcy has been discharged, the application may be considered. On the property, we allow pets, the NON-refundable pet fee paid upon move-in is $300 per pet. The second pet is a double deposit. We are not currently volunteering in government assistance programs with this rental home.
