The kitchen is fully equipped, and the property includes two Mr. Coffee machines, a gas grill, fish sink, and an outside shower. For a fee, guests can enjoy the DeBordieu Club amenities, including golf, tennis, and multiple dining options. A temporary club membership is available for $200 a day, granting access to the community pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis, and the champion Pete Dye golf course. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, with a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property. Nestled in the private, oceanfront gated community of DeBordieu Colony near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, this home offers access to miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. Located between Charleston and Myrtle Beach, you are just an hour from Charleston and 45 minutes from Myrtle Beach. This property adheres to a strict no-smoking and no-pet policy. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. The maximum number of cars allowed is 8. Summer check-in day is Friday.
