Also nearby is the Waialae Country Club, a private golf and social club, and home of the Annual Sony Open Golf Tournament. 3. The kitchen comes complete with refrigerator, range and disposal. For added convenience, there is a washer and dryer located within the unit. To enjoy cool comfort indoors during the summer, the home is air conditioned. Take in the fresh breeze pool side in the sunny lounging area. The resident manager and maintenance personnel keep the grounds well tended and are on hand to address resident concerns. 4. Rent for this unit includes water and sewer. Electricity and TV cable are at tenant’s expense. 5. Heading east on H1, take the Waialae/Kahala exit.
