The space
Casa Vino is a beautiful modern home with plenty of amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With an open floor plan the living room, dining room, and kitchen with a large island and seating are perfect for entertaining. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a 55" curved TV with Roku and streaming apps, and a warm fireplace to cozy up to enjoy your favorite book or movie. Board games are available for those not-so-nice weather days (which are rare).
The glass dining table can add a sophisticated and modern touch. Six high-back chairs surround the table to accommodate families and small groups. It's also a great choice if you want to create the illusion of more space, as glass can make a room appear larger and brighter. For your convenience, a propane grill is located off the dining room and is a great way to cook up some delicious meals for your family and friends
The kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, including a built-in convection oven and air fryer. It is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and meal preparation. The large pantry provides the basic spices and condiments needed to add flavor and depth to all your dishes. The kitchen has a large granite island with additional seating. USB ports in the outlets located throughout the kitchen allow you to charge your devices while you cook or socialize in the kitchen. A queen-size bed, TV, and a half bath across from the second bedroom offer additional sleeping and bathroom options. In addition to the bedrooms, a full-size pillow tip futon provides additional sleeping space if needed.
The laundry room with high efficient washer and dryer and plenty of storage is convenient for longer stays,
The travertine patio offers an inviting retreat with its extra-comfortable sofa, swivel chairs, swing, and TV. Cozy up by the outdoor heater or fire pit with seating and enjoy the stunning mountain views and gorgeous sunsets. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The attached two-car garage and driveway parking provide ample space for 4 vehicles.
As a guest, you will have access to the various amenities and activities at the Lifestyle Center. This includes the gym, 3 saltwater pools and spas, tennis, pickle ball, and bocce courts, as well as any classes that are offered.
The gym at the lifestyle center includes various equipment for strength training and cardiovascular exercise, such as free weights, weight machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, and elliptical trainers. You may also have access to group fitness classes, such as yoga, Pilates, or spin.
The saltwater pool is a great place to swim laps or simply relax and soak up the sun.
The tennis, pickleball, and bocce courts provide opportunities to engage in competitive sports You will need to reserve courts for private use.
Casa Vino is a fantastic vacation rental with a lot of thoughtful amenities and a great location. The easy and flexible self-check-in and check-out make it convenient for our guests, and the various features and comforts make it a great home away from home.
Guest access
Guests will have access to all areas of the house. The garage is used for the storage of personal items. Guests acknowledge that the owner may leave personal items behind. Guest will not have access to the hall closet and the master bedroom closet as they contain personal belongings.
