The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen and SMART TVs in all bedrooms, ensuring entertainment and convenience throughout your stay. The open floor plan enhances the sense of space and connection, making it ideal for gatherings. Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum. A small charcoal grill is provided at no cost, but propane gas grills and other vacation gear can be arranged for an extra cost. Parking includes a driveway for 2 cars and overflow parking in designated areas, but street parking is restricted in some spots. Small pets under 40 pounds are welcome with a $150 fee per animal, except for legal service dogs with proper documentation. Any damages or extra cleaning caused by pets will incur additional charges. Located just 6.5 miles from Walt Disney World, this villa offers easy access to top attractions like Universal Studios, Sea World, and shopping outlets. Enjoy nearby entertainment at MargaritaVille Sunset Walk or Oldtown Kissimmee, both just minutes away. Guests have exclusive access to the entire house. Linens and towels are provided, but washcloths are not included as they are considered personal items. No street parking is allowed in some areas, and any damages caused by pets or extra cleaning required will be charged accordingly.
