About This Home
Located at 480 W Main St. 6 to 8 month lease available. I am an experienced and caring owner and will make sure you have a great place to live! This home is a beautiful and newly renovated historical miners cabin located within walking distance to downtown Helena, restaurants, breweries, shopping, and surrounding hiking trails. Every room in the home is recently updated. 2 bedrooms both with heating/AC wall mini splits, as well as strong gas heaters in living room and kitchen/dining area. Brand new washer and dryer, dishwasher, fridge, and electric range all recently installed. Public street parking only, but there are usually plenty of spots out front. House next door (490 W Main) is where my wife and I live part time, and rent it out some. 490 house gets driveway for parking unfortunately, but like I mentioned there is usually plenty of street parking. This is a great place to call home near downtown Helena! Available to move in October 20th
