A washer and dryer are available in the common area at no charge to the tenants. Additionally,dogs are welcome,pending application,approval,and pet deposit. An assigned lockable storage unit is available in the basement at no extra charge. Situated on one of the largest grassy lawns in the city,there's plenty of space to take a book and read in the backyard or sit on the covered front porch which is available to all residents. The landlord includes garbage removal,lawn care,snow removal,water,and sewer,and maintenance of the common areas. The tenant is responsible for electricity,gas,and internet. There are stairs to the unit from the front and the back of the house. This unit is on the 3rd floor. Plenty of on-street parking available.
