Situated right across the street from historic Kualoa Ranch (see the horses right across the street when they come out to graze!) and right next door to the big and beautiful Kualoa Beach Park, you'll be able to launch kayaks and SUPs (provided!) from your backyard then come back and relax in your hot tub with your favorite beverage while watching the sunset colors dazzle your senses. Every morning you can wake up to the sunrise right outside your window and make all your coworkers jealous when they see the view from your home office that looks right out to the ocean!
The house is divided into a 2br/2ba upstairs or a 1br/1ba downstairs, both available for rent, and with secured entrances. Both are fully furnished with 2 sofas in the upstairs living room, including a leather recliner and a large, soft and comfy sectional, including a 75" 4k smart TV upstairs and Bose surround sound makes for fun family movie nights. The master bedroom (upstairs) has ocean views with a king sized bed, 52" tv, and a work desk. A second bedroom with its own bathroom is also upstairs and has a queen bed. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, fridge, and range / oven, fully furnished with all the cooking supplies you'll need including an air fryer, instapot, rice cooker, blender, and much more. Large sliding glass doors from the upstairs living room lead you outside to a lanai where you can watch the sunrise, and walk down the stairs to go directly to the backyard and ocean.
The large backyard is grassy with beach sand and also a large concrete "sidewalk" by the sea wall for playing on. The hot tub is circular and can hold 4 or 5 people. The house comes with 3 double kayaks and a single kayak, along with 2 SUP boards, 2 longboards, and 2 bodyboards that you can use, along with snorkeling gear for 4. All utilities are included in the cost (electrical, water, and internet), but there is a $500 limit on the electrical bill so we ask that you don't keep the AC units running all day and night, otherwise you will have to pay for the difference. The internet is high speed and works perfectly for remote work, even when there are multiple devices in the house streaming videos in every room!
