You may choose to rent UNFURNISHED upon request and we can negotiate the lease at that time. The home will be available as of August 8th, 2024. Each room has a queen sized bed, but I am willing to allow for potential renters to remove a bed and put the couch back if you'd prefer an office or second living room. Large deck with quiet backyard accessible from dining area.
