The bunk room is equipped with 4 comfortable beds, YouTubeTV, a Blue-Ray/DVD player, a Wii, and a Nintendo Classic. Enjoy comfortable sleeping with Serta iSeries Hybrid 100 Mattresses in both downstairs suites and a Serta ISeries 500 Mattress in the upstairs guest room. The fully equipped kitchen features a Viking cook-top and griddle, a Nespresso machine with milk frother, a regular drip coffee maker, a coffee bean grinder, a wine/beverage fridge at the wet bar, and an additional countertop ice maker. For entertainment, there's an 8' pool table, a 14' shuffleboard table, a ping-pong table, and a steel tip dart board in the garage, along with a game table in the loft. Relax by the natural gas fireplace in the living room or the propane fire table outside. The cabin also includes dual washers/dryers and a whole house water conditioner and filtration system with a hot water recirculating pump. A newly added EV/Tesla plug-in is available in the garage for electric vehicles. For outdoor dining, there's seating for 10 people inside and 10 people outside. The cabin is also conveniently located near local lakes and is 50 minutes from Sunrise Ski Park. For bookings of 30+ nights only, guests have access to the pool, spa, gym, pickleball/tennis/basketball courts. If staying less than 30 nights, guests will not have access to these amenities. Bookings of two weeks or more will require additional guest cleanings at the guest's cost. Absolutely no pets are allowed. Occupancy is strictly limited to no more than 10 persons.
