Guests must be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more, it is possible to check-in from the age of 18, but with an increased deposit of 500 CAD. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. According to the condo rules, information about guests must be provided to the condo management prior to their arrival, including every guest's name, ID details, vehicle, and license plate numbers (if parking is required).
