About This Property
Two bedroom one bath home with carport and storage space. 2.8 miles from I-40, about 5 miles east of downtown Canton. Central heat. Includes refrigerator, range, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Lovely surroundings. Quiet and peaceful. Water and sewer included. Possibility for vegetable/flower garden. We do accept one pet, but no large dogs. No smokers/vapers. Tenant is responsible for trash removal, power (EMC Haywood), and for maintenance of small lawn (mowing and weed-eating) plus snow removal (rare). Internet (Spectrum) is available. Security deposit ($1,400) may be paid over three months. Pet deposit (nonrefundable): $250. Fee for background/credit check in the application process: $30/person. No other application fees. One bedroom is on ground floor, other rooms are on second floor. Available late August or early September 2024. $1,400/month rent.
