The modern and beachy home boasts natural light, creating an inviting and bright atmosphere. The living area features cozy couches next to the dining area and kitchen, providing plenty of space for your group to unwind after a long day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, silverware, a standard coffee maker, Keurig, Crockpot, blender, toaster, and even children's cutlery and dinnerware. Enjoy coffee and breakfast with the family at the breakfast bar that seats four. Behind the kitchen, you'll find a full-sized washer and dryer, convenient for post-beach days or before you head home. The master bedroom features a King bed with a pop of red comforter, two large windows, and an attached en-suite bathroom. The bunk room offers queen over queen bunks with a twin trundle and a Smart TV. A conveniently located full bathroom is down the hall. Another bedroom includes a King bed, a Smart TV, and ample closet space. The delightful back patio offers two outdoor sofas and a propane grill, perfect for grilling burgers while enjoying the hot tub. Serenity Now is pet-friendly with a $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs, payable before check-in. The property includes a FREE six-passenger golf cart for zipping around town or heading to the beach. However, the golf cart is not available for group bookings of guests 25 years or younger. Unfortunately, RV, trailer, or watercraft parking is not permitted at the home. Located in the Terra Cotta Terrace neighborhood, you are super close to the Destin Commons, offering plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are just a few minutes' drive east, providing more shopping, dining options, and a play area for kids. With plenty of public beach accesses nearby, you can easily walk or take the golf cart to the sugar-white sandy beaches and emerald waters. The town is easy to navigate, with most attractions directly off the main road. Guests can enter the home with easy coded entry, making check-in a breeze without the need to fumble for keys. Check-in time is 4 pm, and checkout time is 10 am. The golf cart is not permitted for student groups under age 25 and cannot be driven by anyone under age 25. Spring break or student groups (under age 25) must notify us before booking as additional requirements apply. All student guests must sign a student agreement and bring $100 cash per person at check-in for a refundable security deposit. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, the nightly rate will be applied depending on the issue. Any law enforcement calls may result in the loss of the entire security deposit. Pets are permitted only if house-trained, and you are expected to clean up after your pet, or a $50 fee will be assessed. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee, while ADA Registered Service Animals are exempt. Impersonating an ADA Service animal is a crime in our state. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Renter must promptly disclose any known or suspected issues with the home. Any issues found after checkout that were not disclosed may result in charges. Violating any house rules may result in the loss of the security deposit. For our tiny travelers, we provide a pack and play, highchair, and kids' dishes and silverware, making it easier for families to travel light. Complimentary beach towels are supplied for guests to use, although other beach items are not guaranteed.
