They are in an eight-plex apartment building located behind Target and Menards near Oakwood Mall in Eau Claire. Rent starts at $850 per month with a signed, 12-month lease and includes lawn care, snow removal and trash services. We do offer a six-month lease option for an additional $50 per month. The security deposit also is $850 or equal to one-month’s rent. Gas/electric utilities are separately metered for each apartment and vary, depending upon usage. Water is paid directly to Regal Property Management quarterly. We request that received water bills be paid with the next upcoming rent check. These are smoke free properties.
