We LOVE this unit and even more so, the community at Safari Drive, but jumped on an opportunity to purchase a home and need to find replacement renters ASAP. This is Old Town living at its best - walk to dozens and dozens of restaurants, bars, and stores (Fashion Square is across the street!) - but enjoy privacy as well. This new complex is slightly tucked away and with only 89 unique units, this is NOT your typical cookie cutter complex. Additionally, the people here are wonderful. Comes with an underground parking spot and there are two pools and a gym in Safari. Note - the walls have been painted a soft white since the photos without furniture were taken. **At $2495 this is already a great deal for Old Town, but to really sweeten the deal, we are willing to pay a portion of the rent to lower your cost, making this one of the BEST deals in the area by far!!!
