Dine at the dinette for two, or explore nearby cafes and restaurants, including a café right out front with a complimentary welcome coffee voucher for each guest. The calming bedroom offers a luxuriously large king memory foam bed with soft, quality linen and bedding. Off the bedroom is a sparkling bathroom with a relaxing bath and a vanity stocked with essentials and soft fluffy towels. The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or a rental, with a free parking space for one car included with your stay. The Old Town Trolley Tours offer a hop-on, hop-off trolley service with 23 stops at popular destinations, departing every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Tickets are around $25 per adult and $10 for kids, including three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum. The house is just 3 blocks from Castillo de San Marcos, 3 blocks from St. George Street, a 5-minute walk to the bayfront, and close to many activities and attractions. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to a $50 per hour fee. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. A laptop computer is not included.
