Beautiful, clean elevator building with live-in super and laundry in the basement. Apartment is incredibly spacious, well lit naturally, hardwood floor and lots of closet space. Not to mention the incredible city skyline views from the living room. The Sunnyside neighborhood is a hidden gem, usually overshadowed by Astoria. Sunnyside/Woodside is closer to Manhattan (7 train at 40th st gets you to Grand Central/Bryant Park/Times Sq/Hudson Yards in about 15 - 20 minutes.) and also more affordable than Astoria or Manhattan. It is a safe, quiet neighborhood with a lot to offer such as great restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, grocery stores, locally owned small businesses and much more. Anything you need is a few steps away. This is an incredible place to be.
