Stunning, between $3 and $4 million estate home in a tropical oasis. A short bike ride from beach, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, gym, etc.- yet secluded on over an acre, quiet and apart from the noise of the city. This neighborhood of multimillion dollar homes was voted “Best in America” by NABOR – The National Board of Realtors. Home next door just sold for approximately $12 million. Private, gated, park-like setting with large, fenced, private yard. Light and airy. Tile throughout, cathedral, ceilings, on this 2-car garage, heated pool, and indoor Jacuzzi tub. Oversized, screened lanai includes gas, fire pit, grill, side deck, Arc Trainer, free weights and bench, and other exercise equipment. Fourth bedroom is currently set up as a dedicated office space, with high-speed Wi-Fi, printer/fax/scanner, but additional bed can be set up there for 4th bedroom. Bikes, beach chairs and towels, cooler included. This property is an estate property of over an acre. There is a guest apartment and house in the front of the estate, completely separate and secluded from the main house, with an occupant to oversee the property in the owners’ absence. Extensive vegetation and a 6 foot privacy fence around the backyard ensure privacy. All neighboring homes are a good distance away on similar acreage, providing for a very quiet, private environment. This home has two separate AC systems – one for the main area and one for the master suite – providing for optimal temperature control. If you prefer to be open air and enjoy the fine Naples weather, there is a whole house fan as well as ceiling fans in most rooms to ensure a nice breeze. Oversized, pocketing sliders i many rooms assist with bringing the outdoors in. For those with an approved dog, the house has a dog door to access the fenced backyard. The home’s regular housekeeper may be available for a weekly cleaning, including washing bedding and towels, for a very reasonable fee of $30 per hour. She is familiar with the home and can provide assistance with any new questions as well. This home is our residence, not one primarily used for rental. As we travel extensively and have a mountain vacation home, we are happy to share our space. Thus, you will find many amenities not typical for a rental only home. Some limited closet areas and drawers will be inaccessible to guests, however, there is plenty of additional room for guest belongings in this spacious home of over 4000 ft.². Given this home’s close proximity to most major activities/places, if the guests enjoy biking, they can take a cab or Uber from the airport and not require driving. Two bikes and helmets are provided. If biking is not an option, a car or use of cab or Uber, is recommended. Senior guests will find the home very accessible. There are no stairs. Showers, tub, and toilets have grab bars to assist with safety. A shower chair can be provided upon request. For those with an approved dog, the house has a dog door to access the fenced backyard. 30 day minimum/maximum stay. November and December 2025 are $23,900/mo. North Naples provides a lush, tropical atmosphere directly north of Naples. Filled with lakes and marshy areas inland, the coastline provides some of the world's most amazing beaches. Residents can go swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing at Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, go shelling along the crystal-clear water at Barefoot Beach County Preserve, or head to the hotel-lined Vanderbilt Beach Park.
While the beaches are spectacular, the golfing is great, too. North Naples is home to several golf courses, including Audubon Country Club, Stonebridge Country Club, and Collier's Reserve Country Club. For shops and restaurants, North Naples residents head to Tamiami Trail, the main road through the area and the location of several business including strip malls, restaurants, and grocery stores.
