Tenants will have their own private entrance. Electric and water are included. Tenants only pay for gas and internet. No smoking. Cats allowed. There is a one time non refundable pet deposit. Parking is on-street parking only. Apartment is located on Richmond Ave, which is only a few minutes walking distance toward some restaurants, bars, and shops on Elmwood Ave. This is a must see apartment.
