This modern coastal cozy home features a community pool just steps away that is open seasonally (April 1 to November 1), a cozy outdoor patio with a fire pit, and a game room garage with a ping pong table and basketball shooting game. The open-concept living area features custom teal couches and swivel chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, silverware, standard coffee maker, Keurig, Crockpot, blender, toaster, and children's cutlery and dinnerware. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer. Guests can enter the home with easy coded entry. Up to two pets are allowed with a one-time $200 fee. Inquire for rates for the golf cart. You will be super close driving distance to anything you have planned or desire to do during your stay. It is typically recommended taking an Uber or Lyft as they are very popular in the area and always less expensive than a normal taxi. You can definitely take a short walk to the beach, and it is almost always easier than driving around looking for parking. Grocery delivery is also available in our area from local grocery stores such as Whole Foods, Publix, WinnDixie, Walmart, and Target via InstaCart or Shipt. Sam's Club is located approximately 20 minutes west, in Fort Walton Beach. Check-in time is 4PM CST and check-out time is 10AM CST. Parties and events are not permitted. No noise is allowed past 10pm local ordinance. RV, trailer, or watercraft parking is not permitted. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a one time $200 fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets are only allowed if house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and crated if left unattended. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed. No trash or debris should be left around home or outdoors at any time. Trash must be taken out on the specified days (Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday & Friday pickup). Excess trash pickup if trash day is missed may result in additional fees. Do not take trash out on non-trash days or fees may occur from City of Destin. Any cleanup of bodily fluids of any kind in any location on the property (both indoors/outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. The dining area has a desk available to those who need access to work from home. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and another desk to work from.
