We have a very nice two bedroom, one bath apartment for rent in Perry hall, md. We are listed on forge rd- school zone chapel hill elementary and Perry hall middle. The apartment is located above our private residence, you have your own entrance. We pay bge, water and for one cable box if you would like to not have a cable/internet bill you can tap into ours. Rent is $1150 a month. No pets and no smoking in the apartment. We ask for first months rent before move in as security deposit. And 1st Month is due the day you move in. Apartment can be ready as soon as possible- I just want to do a little cleaning. No washer and dryer- a nice laundry mat is less then 5 minutes away. We have a pool we share with whoever lives upstairs, a huge yard to run and play that backs up to gunpowder river , soon to have a big playground, plenty of parking, we plow the drive way in the snow so you can always get out to forge rd. We are a young family with kids and would like to have someone trustworthy living above us. We have an application if interested and if you would like to see the apartment we can show anytime. We will do a criminal and credit check. Thanks!!
