We are open to providing a tour but please be patient as the house may be occupied or we may not be available due to our very busy scheduled. However, we will provide a tour as soon as possible but it may not be next day!
Renter pays for all utilities i.e. water, electric, and gas. Owner pays for Internet, garbage, snow removal and lawn care.
No smoking on the property.
No pets are allowed on the property.
Any damage other than normal wear and tear will be the renter's financial responsibility.
Weekly one hour cleanings are mandatory and included in the rent.
One month's rent down payment is due and will be returned within 14 days upon successful home inspection. Weekly inspections are possible to ensure everything is in good working order.
If leased for longer for a month at a time, we require you to sign a new lease every 28 days. At this time, we will inspect the property to ensure everything is in working order.
Your credit score must be at least 620 for us to move forward on any rental agreement.
