Around back is a privately fenced, tranquil outdoor area with a putting green, cornhole boards, a stunning pergola, and an outdoor dining set. One dog under 50 lbs is welcome with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150. This peaceful cottage is located in the West King district, full of history and charm. Popular local spots such as Back 40 Urban Cafe and Bog Brewery are just around the corner. Downtown St. Augustine is a short 3-5 minute drive away, and Vilano Beach is a 10-minute drive from the home. The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with free parking included. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries, and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door.
