Enjoy the large back patio with a rinse shower and beach toys. Dedicated parking is available. Pets are allowed only with prior approval. You'll be just 5 minutes from the charming street of cafés, shops, and surf vibe along Newport Avenue, and 7 minutes from Newport Avenue Beach. Stroll to the pier and take in scenic views at Ocean Beach Pier, a local landmark, just 8 minutes away. The Ocean Beach Farmers Market on Newport Avenue is a 5- to 10-minute walk. For unique shopping, head to the Ocean Beach Antique District, also within 10 minutes. This home is located in a strict HOA community. The total number of guests must not exceed what is listed on your reservation, including children and infants. You may have up to 3 additional daytime guests, but they must leave by 10:00 PM. Any overnight guests not listed on the reservation or anyone staying past 10:00 PM will incur a $100 per person, per night fee and may result in cancellation of your stay. The backyard is open between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, and quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
