This home has lots of great character and we will be looking for tenants to enjoy and continue to care for our home. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Pets considered with a $25 monthly pet fee. $2,900/month rent with a $2,900 security deposit required. Only serious tenant applications will be considered for home showing.
