Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for violations, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement. Noise detection monitors are present. Unauthorized animals or pets incur a fee of $250. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.
